During this session, FAIR is supporting legislation to revise certain administrative mandates within the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund aimed at keeping consumer premiums as low as possible while retaining the claims-paying capacity of the fund. FAIR is also supporting legislative efforts to curb Assignment of Benefits (AOB) fraud and abuse as well as efforts to provide consumers with greater awareness of flood insurance coverage.
