Fort Lauderdale, FL – The FAIR Foundation is hosting a Climate Resilience workshop on Tuesday July 26, 9:30am – 3:15pm at the Long Key Nature Center in Davie. The INVITATION-ONLY workshop is hosted by Representative Holly Raschein and includes participation by the Southeast Florida Regional Compact for Climate Change and its members (representing Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties), and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy. State and local legislators, county and municipal leaders, public officials charged with environmental sustainability, and national and local experts will discuss the implications of sea level rise, funding mitigation and insuring total risk, flood mitigation and PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy).

Robert Daoust Associate Vice President, Arcadis, a recognized expert on ecosystem restoration and coastal protection projects as well as climate adaptation studies that focus on sea level rise and storm surge flood risk mitigation.
